XiangLu Chemical Fibers (HaiCheng) Co.,Ltd.（XLHC in short）started the production since 2006, it was located at Haicheng Textile Industry Park in Liaoning province occupying 33.6 hectares (about 336,000 square meters) of land. The registered fund was 90 million USD which was invested by XiangLu Chemical Fibers and XiangLu Industries. XLHC’s business includes production and R&D of differentiated polyester yarn (FDY, POY, and DTY) with annual capacity of 25000 tons. Its main products consist of microfiber, recycled fiber, moisture adsorption & sweat removing fiber, cationic fiber and other customized products.

XLHC has obtained the quality system certificate of ISO9001 in 2007. Its products have acquired the environmental certificate of OEKO-TEX100 and have met the Global Recycled Standard.

After launching the production, XLF was successively awarded of honorable titles including “Anshan advanced enterprises”, “Haicheng famous brand products”, “National high-tech enterprises”, etc.
